The cost of storage depends upon the size of container you rent. You are welcome to come and have a look around, a member of staff will be more than happy to offer advice.
Our opening hours are:
Access outside these hours is at our discretion.
We recommend it. Although we are happy for our customers to turn up on the day we advise booking a unit in advance.
If you do book a unit and you find it's too big/too small when you arrive we are more than happy to move you (subject to the availability).
Of course, you can choose from our available units.
You will need to bring with you two forms of identity; one as proof of your name (a passport, driving Licence or benefit book etc); and one as proof address (a utility bill, bank statement etc) and means of payment that is not cash.
Yes, all customers are required to padlock their unit. We loan high security padlocks on deposit or you can bring your own (to fit in the locks you should ensure your padlock has a shackle no bigger than 10mm).
We offer a number of payment options:
You may also arrange to have payment automatically charged to your credit card
We generally invoice customers monthly although we are more than happy for our customers to pay on a weekly basis.
If it's worth storing its worth insuring. This can be arranged through a home contents policy or be provided by us.
Our minimum storage period is one month. But you are welcome to stay for as long as you require.
We only require 7 days notice of your intention to vacate your room. Notice by phone call is sufficient.
No, we offer unlimited access to your goods within office hours so you can add or remove items from your storage room whenever you require.
No, we are purely a self storage company. We can however provide quotes from Moores Removals, ask in store for information on their charges.
You are welcome to move to another size container at any time, depending on the availability. You are not required in these circumstances to give notice.
24 hour CCTV located outside the building, monitoring the entrances/exits.

"The container is very reasonable to rent and is completely accessible; I can access it with my work van (a must for heavy tools)."
